Herco and 3 D Diamond Cutting Tools are dedicated to customer satisfaction in the Wood Cutting Industry. Although we offer many standard items (listed in our catalog), our specialty is the design and fabrication of Custom Tooling. By providing a rough sketch, detailed drawing, or wood sample, we can scan and plot the exact profile you wish to achieve, and suggest the most appropriate tool for the application. Before any manufacturing begins, a CAD drawing is provided to you for approval signature and authorization to proceed. We can make a transparency of the approved drawing and through the use of an optical comparator, overlay the tool with the approved drawing to make sure of exact specifications.

We also repair/service/recondition tooling from any manufacturer, provided the tool is economically and safely repairable to our specifications.

Delivery Commitment

Standard catalog items are available either from stock or within 3 days of receipt of order.

Custom Carbide Tooling can be manufactured in approximately 2 1/2 weeks based on normal workload.

Custom Diamond Tooling can be manufactured in approximately 4 weeks based on normal workload.
