Gary Dyer - President
Gary has been involved in the manufacture of cutting tools for many years before he founded Herco Cutting Tools in 1968. His knowledge and expertise in the design and manufacture of carbide tipped cutting tools lead to the start of 3D Diamond Tooling in 1994. Gary is still involved in the day to day operations of the business including handling our Southern Accounts through our sales office in Hilton Head, SC.

Chris Dyer - Vice President and General Manager
Chris started with the company during his school years learning all of the facets of manufacturing before being moved into sales and order entry. This knowledge along with his practical in field experience has enable him to take over the daily management of the Company. Chris also travels throughout the country representing Herco and 3 D Diamond Tooling calling on both existing and potential new customers.

Greg Dyer - Vice President - Manufacturing
Greg started with the company during his school years learning the manufacture of cutting tools from the ground up. Greg has performed all of the manufacturing functions which has provided knowledge and expertise that is used in the day to day operations of the business. Today, Greg's primary focus is the supervision of the 3 D Diamond Division.

Bob Arick - Sales Manager
Bob joined Herco and 3 D Diamond Tooling as Sales Manager for both divisions in 1997. Bob's focus is the representation of the Company in the field as well as customer service in the office. Bob's cutting tool experience includes 17 years in the design and fabrication of saw blades for the metal working industries.

Jim Conlon - Production Scheduler
Jim has been with Herco Cutting tools since 1978. Jim started as a machine operator and cutting tool fabricator eventually being promoted to Production Scheduler. Jim uses his practical knowledge and experience to schedule the daily shop activities. Jim is responsible for carbide tipped tooling and takes all calls with regard to expediting and delivery schedules.
